- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆July 24, 2020, by Malaina SpillmanThis is the absolute worst pharmacy in the KCMO/Gladstone area. Been going to this one for 7 years and have slowly watched the place go down. The wait times here are ridiculous and as of right now, been waiting in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes and still more cars ahead. None of the other CVS' around here are like this. We are slowly transferring our prescriptions to another pharmacy. No one here ever seems to smile much less seem happy. Can't wait to get away from them!!
